2013 Conferencing Starts With A Real Bang

Kapenta Bay Conference RoomWhat a wonderful way to start the New Year.  The words that triggered this were a client saying   “please confirm the venue in Port Shepstone”.  Yay and the year started with 220 delegates for a four day conference down the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal.  The perfect venue for our client’s requirements – high levels of service, good food, out of the main CBD, close to the sea, lots of amenities and facilities and a price that falls in line with their budget.

And that’s why our clients contact us – to recommend, negotiate and find conference venues on their behalf.

We are Professional Conference Organisers and Venue Finders.   With 17 years’ experience in the South African conference industry where we have developed unshakeable relationships with venue representatives and organisations who offer venues with conference and accommodation facilities.

One of our main client sources is that of the Trade Unions and their demands are uncomplicated but specific – value for money, good facilities, excellent food and service that is of a high standard and available from the beginning to the end of the conference.  They work hard, long hours but their demands are minimal.

Who could possibly ask for a better client. We are able to achieve this by knowing appropriate venues, being in a position to negotiate rates with them and to keep both our clients and the venues permanently informed.  Everyone is then assured of a successful and happy conference.
